Let your herb tea be your medicine and let a ginger nut enhance the benefits.
I recommend just 1 per day with one of your favourite teas for optimum effect. These are very gingery, very crunchy and very natural.
Possible health benefits include relieving nausea, loss of appetite, motion sickness, and pain. Ginger is one of the most ancient spices worldwide. It has become well-known for its health benefits, which include its ability to boost bone health, strengthen the immune system, increase appetite, prevent various types of cancer, improve respiratory conditions, aid in digestion, eliminate arthritis symptoms, reduce excess gas, enhance sexual activity, and relieve pains related to menstrual disorders, nausea, and flu.
The root or underground stem (rhizome) of the ginger plant can be consumed fresh, powdered, dried as a spice, in oil form, or as juice. Ginger is part of the Zingiberaceae family, alongside cardamom and turmeric.
Allergy warming! Packaged in the same facility as peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, and milk products.

Note. Although I am quite a decent cook and have run a successful organic catering business in the UK, I am not making these delicious ginger nuts myself. I do buy them from a wonderful, most reputable supplier, and they are handmade, regardless. As the tea bar grows I shall be working towards making many assorted edible goods myself again, just watch and wait! Thank you.
