This leavy green produces thick and savoyed leaves in dark green color. The plant grows very well in various climates, suitable for year-round crops. Young tender leaves and stalks are excellent for salad mix and stir-fry dish. Easy to grow.
Forest green, spoon shaped leaves are cupped and heavily savoyed. Tolerates high temperatures and commonly used as a substitute for Tatsoi for summer production.
