French pink clay does not draw out the oils for the skin therefore it can be used on dry skin types and mature skin. Pink Clay can be used to cleanse and detoxify the skin, remove dead skin cells and create and overall refreshed appearance. It can also be used to treat acne and other skin ailments; poor blood and/or lymph circulation and sun damaged skin.
Also, it is interesting to note that nowadays hibiscus is called as a Botox Plant, a plant which helps to reduce wrinkle naturally by evenly smoothing the fine lines and strengthening the skin cells.
Amber's Soothing Face Masque Recipe:
Combine 1 - 2 tsp of french pink clay Hibiscus masque to 3 tbsp of water, add 1 tsp of jojoba oil and 2 drops of chamomile essential oil ( if needed) to form a paste. Apply to the skin and leave for about 10 minutes and wash off with warm water. Floral water or aloe vera gel juice can be substituted for water.
Recommenced for very inflamed skin types.
