I am a supporter of the earth, I aim to grow and nurture not only plants and fellow creatures, but each other. I have a devotion to all that is righteous and good, wholesome and pure and an aversion to GMO growing and the mutant destruction of our food sources, land and any inhumane treatments of Man or beast. I choose only heirloom seeds and strive to ban that which seeks to desecrate us and our natural life. I believe nature should be allowed to flourish and only lovingly restored and replenished. I encourage others to become educated and knowledgeable enough to seek sustainable ways of living, reliant on their own means. I seed save and uphold the storehouse, I utilise, and I recycled, reuse, restore, we celebrate living frugally in a world of excess, I honour our planet and respect her resources and use them with conscience care. This is a simple method to health the health of your eyes. I like add a few rose petals, calendula flowers, or lavender to the infusion, fennel also has a very cooling effect in inflammation eyes and pain, it makes them crystal clear.

Eyebright herb relieves inflammation caused by colds, sinus infections, congestion, and allergies.

A simple infusion in water with 1 oz of the herb to a pint of boiling water should be used and the eyes bathed three or four times a day. When there is much pain, use a warm infusion rather more frequently for inflamed eyes until the pain is removed. In ordinary cases the cold application is found sufficient. I prefer the warm method for these conditions as it relaxes the facial muscles and loosens mucous.

Caution: Use a sterile cup/cloth to avoid infecting the eyes. Strain infusion thoroughly. Works as well as a compress on closed eyes. Use a sterile cloth soaked in infusion and gently lay over closed eyes. Use that time to visualise the changes your want in your life.
