I make both sweet and savoury. You are going to need them over the next couple of months. They make really thoughtful gifts for the dieting friend or family member. Use them in your drinks, or as a drink if preferred, these are so versatile.
Skinny sprinkles are so good for you, they are tasty and interestingly nutritious to add to savoury foods or sweet foods, they will help speed up the metabolism and burn fat as well as easing fluid retention.
Dandelion - Every part of the Dandelion plant is edible and filled with heaps of nutrition. Mustard - Mustard seeds have been shown to boost the metabolism by up to 25%, this means you will burn calories more efficiently. Nice! In fact just 3/5 teaspoons per day may help you burn an extra 45 calories per hour. Please, use wisdom and do not over dose as mustard can cause severe internal irritation.
Ginger - Ginger is a warming spice with anti- inflammatory properties. It can help sooth and relax the intestinal tract. Research suggests that ginger may have thermogenic properties that help boost your metabolism, as well as having a appetite suppressant effect when consumed. Ginger has a potential role in weight management.
Black Pepper - Contains a substance called piperine, which not only gives it its pungent flavour but also blocks the formation of new fat cells.When combined with Cayenne and other spices or substances, black pepper also increases the bioflavailability of just about all other foods, impressive! This makes it the healthy choice for any meal.
