I have recently been studying the amazing effects of Ayurvedic beauty and treatments for skin I have been searching for a ideas as to a unique Spa bath that will bring a new level of beauty and serenity to skin and spirit.

I created this restoring Bath salt blend by those intensive studies.  Cardamom is a beautiful fragrant spice with an almost intoxicating aroma, it cools ones thoughts.

I have added organic oils and skin powders for a smooth bath creation. Cardamom has been used to restore aging skin, replenish lost nutrients and renew damaged layers of skin.  I have added real organic almonds to this mix, to soothe, balance and cleanse sensitive skin.

I have added only pure organic cardamom oil and spices for a delicate fragrance.
