How do I do this?
Place some sand in a fireproof bowl, the sand needs to be level. Place a charcoal round (flat side must be down) on top of the sand. Place the sand outdoors or in a very well ventilated room with plenty of air flow and oxygen, it gets smokey. Light the base of the charcoal round, once lit and flames are active, sprinkle with the blended herbs, slowly, no need to thrown them all on, a little goes a long way. Now, rest back and enjoy the aroma of purifying herbs.Visualise the energy flowing.
