Organic blend of  Dandelion leaf,  Chaste Berries, St johns Wort, red raspberry, ginger, feverfew, peppermint, yarrow, motherwort, mugwort and nettle.

Use four to six tablespoons of the herb mixture per quart of water. Place in cold water over a low heat and slowly bring to a simmer. Keep the pot covered and simmer for 20 minutes.  Strain and sip throughout the day prior to your period. Up to 4 cups per day during the monthly crisis time when symptoms are at their worst.  Tea bags, use 1 as needed.

If the remedy is too bitter just add a natural sweetener such as honey and a little lemon.
